This Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement made between ASCEND HEALTH online service of the first part and you of the second part are subject matter to these terms, without prejudice to any additional conditions which may be part of your agreement specific to the service you wish to avail of. Your agreement with ASCEND HEALTH will usually include, at a minimum, the conditions, and conditions set away in this document.

You agree that you are solely in charge of (and that ASCEND HEALTH is without responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your commitments under the Terms and for the outcomes (including any loss or damage which ASCEND HEALTH may suffer) of any such breach.

Unless you have been specifically authorized to do so in a separate agreement with ASCEND HEALTH, you agree that you will not recreate, duplicate, copy, sell investment or resell the offering for any purpose.

You agree and realize that you are responsible to ASCEND HEALTH also to third parties for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the offering. You will be solely in charge of all activities that arise from your account.

ASCEND HEALTH may make becomes the conditions from time to time. Similar will be disclosed to you personally, on the website, without prior intimation to you. Your continued use of the offering will indicate your acceptance of the modified terms.
