  1. If you have not received an ordered item within 2 working weeks (Within Malaysia) / 2 months (Outside Malaysia) from the date of purchase, you might be eligible for a refund. You will be required to provide your order number for us to check your claim that you have not received the item ordered and paid for. Despite the fact that we think 2 months is a sensible time, contingent upon where you are located, you may have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven’t received the item. 
  2. If a product is deemed by us to be faulty or damaged, or if your order has been incorrectly processed by us it will be replaced at no cost to you upon return of the original order. In most cases, you will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged/incorrect item. In the event that replacement stock is not available, you may select an alternative product or receive a refund of the initial charge.

Why a refund may not be given to you by (DUPLEX HEALTHCARE)
